Our commercial practice came as an outgrowth of our residential work. We apply all the same standards of quality, customer service to our commercial customers. Over the past five years, commercial has become increasingly central to our business.
We only take on projects where we know we can excel. As a result we have built roster of repeat business from owners, developers, and general contractors. In fact, more than 70% of our commercial works comes from customers with whom we have completed previous work.

The majority of our work takes place in Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, but we are geographically agnostic.
Over the past two years, we have completed major projects in Tampa, Orlando, and Palmetto.

This project consisted of four, four-story apartment buildings, 18 two-story townhome buildings, two clubhouses, and many other smaller ancillary buildings.
